Birmingham Shooting Case - Acquittal

Of 8 defendants charged with murder in this Nationally covered gang related case, our client was the only one not convicted.

The trial featured many complex arguments of law and applications including one by the Attorney General. There were novel issues raised including matters such as the use of witness evidence via screen and distorted voice projection as well as the use of pseudonyms.

The remaining defendants in this case received a combined total of 180 years imprisonment.
