Egg Allergy Case Victory

The Court of Appeal today ruled in favour of our client upholding her compensation award for damages in the sum of £415,000 including interest. This brings to an end a case with interesting legal implications for caterers however the Judgment made it clear that generally there is no obligation for them to give warnings that dishes may or do contain eggs.
