The Murria Personal Injury Team this month successfully settled the latest of a string of claims brought against Travel West Midlands for injuries to passengers resulting from driver error.

In the latest case, an elderly passenger was injured when her bus driver pulled away too quickly before she had taken to her seat. In previous cases injuries were caused by a driver braking too sharply and on another occasion by the bus being driven around a roundabout at speed.

All of the claims were conducted on a "no win no fee" basis and all the claimants received 100% of their compensation awards.

The claims were handled by Mr Subhash Mistry, a Solicitor who specialises in personal injury claims.
